The new Sumner Park site for the Licensys office and adjoining manufacturing warehouse has been specifically designed to accommodate the client’s needs for growth and the redevelopment of the company’s branding.
A relaxed, integrated and open office environment was the result for the fitout, which also incorporates private and quiet spaces.
With full height glazing wrapping the two storey office building, the task areas were designed to utilize natural light to the fullest, with staff gaining external vistas and a feeling of space. To compliment this, there are three metre high ceilings, with a fluid, open design of the work spaces, giving a feeling of volume and verticality.
