25 Years of Reddog Architects: Thank You for Building This With Us

In 2001, Reddog Architects opened its doors in Brisbane with a simple belief: that great architecture comes from great relationships. Twenty-five years later, that belief hasn’t changed. If anything, it has only been proven true, project after project, year after year.

This month, we’re celebrating our 25th anniversary (although are taking the opportunity to celebrate right across 2026!)  While milestones like this invite reflection on buildings and portfolios, what we keep coming back to is something less tangible but far more important: the people.

To our clients  Thank you for trusting us with something deeply personal, whether that was a family home, a community space, or a commercial vision years in the making. Every brief you brought us became a conversation, and every conversation shaped the architects we are today. Your trust is the reason we’ve had the privilege of doing this work for a quarter of a century.

To our consultants and collaborators  Thank you to all the engineers, builders, planners, and every specialist who has sat around the table with us. 

To our employees, past and present  Thank you for all your efforts, the sketches that became something real, and the care you’ve brought to every project, big or small. Reddog is not a building or a logo; it has always been about the people who have shown up, day after day, to do thoughtful, considered work. 

Twenty-five years is a long time in any industry, but it feels like a beginning as much as a milestone. We ae proud of where we have come from, and even more excited about what is ahead.
