Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility in this role is to implement the marketing plan. If you are a good fit for the role, it means:

• You know photoshop or indesign and can create materials for social media and marketing
• You are good at writing engaging social posts, emails, and blog articles
The key skills we are looking for are
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Degree in marketing or similar
• Experience within the design industry (in a similar role or a project-related capacity)
• Proven experience with creating, managing, and optimising SEO and reporting on results
• Knowledge of Analytics tools, social media, and website metrics
• Familiarity with web design, CSS and HTML is a plus
• Excellent technical writing skills
• High proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Job Description
Social Media
• Create content for several social media platforms
• Plan and schedule content in advance
• Use analytics tools to track the success of posts and campaigns
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Marketing
• Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects
• Develop a personalisation strategy. Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions
• Manage the testimonial process in collaboration with the architects
Award Submission Management
• Keep track of upcoming awards.
• Coordinate award submissions (including collating all written and visual assets for award submission).
• Submission of awards via online platforms.
Media/Press
• Management of the firm’s communications & PR initiatives
• Design and write press releases
• Liaise with the media to secure publication
• Manage and keep the media contact database up-to-date
Submissions & event management
• Coordinate industry events, proposals, and other marketing collateral
• Produce submissions, EOI’s, tenders and proposals
• Support the Directors
This role will be offered part-time (2-3 days)
