The sun is shining as work continues at The Shoreline, Coffs Harbour.

The project will have a communal precinct named Terrace Gardens. This precinct will include a walking circuit, landscaped gardens, an exercise hub, productive gardens, BBQ facilities and a bowling green.

Work is also continuing on the Villas which are part of the independent senior living residences.
