Linton Godden

Associate

Linton was born in New Zealand, before moving to Queensland as a young boy. His childhood was spent running around the family dairy farm, memories of which still have a strong influence on him today.

He wanted to be an architect since his primary school days and has recently finished his undergraduate studies at the University of Queensland. He enjoys the challenges and opportunities of designing for the tropical and sub-tropical climate, with a special interest in passive design and legibility of structure. He believes in an open and democratic style of architecture.

Away from work, he loves spending time with his family, watching the Broncos and getting out of the house. His exposure to both the culture and architecture of Japan during his travel through Kyoto has been a great inspiration to him, and is a place he hopes to visit many times again in the future.
