Located on the hill of Caloundra, Aqua View Apartments has expansive views over Kings and Bulcock Beaches. The building is a direct response to the lifestyle and coastal climate of a holiday destination.

The building form is broken up into three distinct forms – podium, tower and penthouses. The overall intent is to push all living and sleeping spaces to the edges to maximise natural daylight and to take advantage of the views. This allows the layout of the units to embrace open plan living. The deep outdoor terraces provide articulation to the tower building and are further punctuated with large window openings on both the north and south elevation. The south-western façade is screened extensively which controls views and provides privacy and sunshading to the sleeping spaces.
