The design process for BK House sought to integrate the existing house with an expanded vision for new rooms and spaces that meet evolving family needs. This project prioritised creating a cohesive masterplan, ensuring every stage aligns with a vision of modern living.

The design embraced flexibility and innovation to accommodate changing family dynamics, while maximizing views, privacy, natural light, and sustainable connections to outdoor spaces. Key considerations included enhancing the entry sequence and provided a double carport/garage with additional Kombi parking.
