Located at the junction of the Cannon Hill Anglican College primary school and the junior school, the building is a multi-purpose facility for indoor sporting events and training, assembly and teaching spaces. The building design is strongly defined by the pitched roof forms over a covered walkway which is a direct response to the residential character of the street.

The north edge of the building has views of the natural creek and bushland and therefore is more transparent. The southern edge which is the entry to the building has a performing arts and sports forecourt. A large red box form cantilevers over this space which provides a legible and statement piece to the building.

The facilities provide over 2,000m² of sports flooring, two FIBA standard courts, timber seating and tiered audience seating.
