The project at 139 Gotha Street, Fortitude Valley, was a comprehensive redevelopment and fit-out of an office space designed to optimise functionality, collaboration, and comfort for a modern workspace. Spanning 160m², the layout strategically incorporates key work zones and amenities.

The workspace includes 14 individual desks, each arranged to foster productivity while maintaining a sense of openness. The boardroom serves as a professional hub for meetings and presentations. Adjacent to this is a collaboration area, designed with flexible seating arrangements to encourage teamwork and brainstorming sessions.

The office also features a fully equipped kitchen, offering staff a space to relax and refuel, with modern appliances and dining area.

This design blends modern aesthetics with functional requirements, ensuring the space is both inviting and efficient for day-to-day operations.
