Located in Bulimba, the design for these luxury townhouses prioritised and protected green space.  Planting is layered and embedded throughout the development, creating a softened edge to the street and a strong connection between private courtyards and shared green space.

The parkland directly opposite the development becomes an extension of the site. Living areas are carefully oriented to capture long views into the canopy, maximising light, outlook and amenity. The architecture works in dialogue with this green setting, framing views and allowing landscape to take precedence.

The built form references the scale and rhythm of surrounding neighbourhood buildings. Proportions, setbacks and materiality respond to the character of Bulimba’s residential fabric, ensuring the development sits comfortably within its streetscape.

Internally, the townhouses are conceived as as luxury homes. Spaces are generous and light-filled, with a seamless relationship between interior and exterior rooms. Material selections are restrained and tactile, supporting a sense of understated luxury.
