Reddog Quality Management System Policy

Reddog Architects was established in 2001 to provide architecture, interior design and project management services. We are based in Brisbane and conduct our business across Queensland and interstate.

Our customers are important to our business and this is reflected in our quality management system. Our goal is to provide our customers with services which meet and even exceed their expectations.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

  • A Business Improvement Schedule that is regularly monitored by all staff
  • Regular planning with all staff to address risks and opportunities
  • A Quality Assurance task checklist for monitoring key project performance indicators
  • Training and development for our employees
  • Regular audits of our internal processes
  • Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
  • Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints
  • Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and this information is shared formally with all employees.
